The Bay Area’s very own concert band has been part of every Oregon Coast Music Festival, and this year marks its 27^th appearance.  The Band’s free concert in Mingus Park is a fine opportunity to picnic and listen to community musicians, many of whom have long and distinguished professional musical and music education backgrounds.
